I can't think of one right now because I'm high on Percocet for my back. :P

Thats a hard question. I don't think there is such thing as "The Best Song In The World" as long as everyone has different tastes in music. Currently, for me I'd say either The Who - Won't Get Fooled Again or Three Dog Night - Black & White (Could change tomorrow)

Now THIS is a topic we can ALL enjoy ;) For me it's impssoble to name THE best, there are simply too many. I'd lead off with the late-great Jim Croce and Time In A Bottle from 1972....
