That show was a classic, but now he is there with Arnold and Eva, from Green Acres to Green Pastures.
He will be missed :\'(

:\'( :\'( :\'(One of my favorite shows that delivered the laughs!

It seems if you were popular in the 50's, you may soon be pushing up daisies!

We lost 4 great voice characters lately too..Mason Adams, Henry Corden, Howard Morris, and Thurl Ravenscroft aka. Tony The Tiger :\'( :\'( :\'(

I loved him in Escape From Witch Mountain.  Great movie, he played a great curmudgeon.

I was shocked, then I read that he was 99.  Not much of a surprise, but he will be missed. R.I.P. Eddie.

There must be a curse on Green Acres.  So many of the cast members passed away.  :-\\

Sad news to hear, but was he a singer too, along with his acting?

Not only a healthy life but a full one.

He was one of the first people to discover that the pesticide DDT was harming bird populations by making their eggs too fragile.

And in WW2, he was decorated for heroism for his service in the Battle of Tarawa.

Eddie Albert was the real deal.  8)

In a way maybe the timing was right.  At least he will not have to bear the indignity of watching that cheesy remake of The Longest Yard.
