Did a couple searches and this didn't seem to have been done before.
Anyway, just wondered, over the last 24 years since MTV went on the air, as well as some of the promotional videos filmed earlier (more often in the UK), which artist has done the most?
Michael Jackson is probably the most famous. I know he's done around 20 at least. Same with Madonna. Rod Stewart was one of the first to jump on the MTV bandwagon - I'd guess he's done also around 25.
Weird Al has 24 at the bare minimum. Tom Petty, U2, Phil Collins and Aerosmith I would also think are pretty high on the list.

I know Cliff Richard has alot of music videos, but I've only ever seen 1 of them. LOL
