Anybody remember who used to make the impersenation of John Travolta's welcome back kotter character where he says "it's so weird"?

You may be thinking of Dana Carvey..however I too do John as a character take off (not saying it's so weird, but if you ever heard the Rick Dees Record- Hurt Me Baby Make Me Write Bad Checks,- MY take off is on that as an airheaded disco guy trapped in the 70's...)
