That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Seriously, we should all just stop being offended at swear words.  Then, they wouldn't exist anymore.

A fine for swearing?  They did that in the movie 'Demolition Man' ;D

If you're just outside, and some cop is gonna give you a ticket for swearing, you can give him a false name, and run away. Most of the cops these days have fat guts that sag to their knees, and couldn't run to save their life
