I need to learn about making a website, and I want a good friendly helpful forum where I can ask questions about the info I find out about it. Can someone recommend a good website that's not indimitating for somebody who doesn't know a lot about the subject yet? Thank you.

If you go to geocities, you can make a webpage with a free online page builder. Complete drag and drop feature :)

You're probably heard of HTML, right?
go to 150m.com and register for a free subdomain. From there you can build your site from scratch. I'm not sure if you can HTML it, but they have text boxes you use, etc.
Look up CGI and HTML on Google, you'll probably find something.
Good Luck :)
