Subject: 2002 or 2003?

Between 2002 and 2003, which year was better (or worse)? For me, I was going through hard times in my life during the first half of 2002, and the second half of 2003. Overall, I'll say 2003 sucked less. 2003 was better for pop-culture. Both of those years seem dated now though.

2002 was the best year of the '00s for me so far.

2003 was better for me, because before that I was just getting out of a horrible relationship.

2003 doesn't seem dated really especially the later half, '02 though does seem a bit dated now.

I agree, 2002. The whole hip-hop thing hadn't quite so completely dominated the charts as in 2003 (which was the peak 'hip-hop' year, and the start of emo). Btw, don't want to sound like a nag, but why don't you register batfan2005? I mean, that's if you want to become a regular...
