A hard one. The 90s seemed simple and carefree compared to now, but maybe it's just me getting older.

Even with inflation, everything seemed so much cheaper in the 90s - of course money was harder to come by, but it's nice when cheeseburgers are only $1.20 (Australian).

Many things were cheaper, a quarter pounder meal at McDonalds used to be about 3 bucks, now it's like 4.50 or something, believe it or not the portions were bigger then too (not that you really need it because it justs makes you fatter, lol). A gallon of gas generally was about $1.10 in the '90s now it's about $3.00. 24 pack of soda was 5 or 6 bucks, now when it's not on sale it can be 8 dollars or more.
