The Pentagon has said homosexuality is NOT a disability...carry on! ???

The American Psychiatric Association. Up until 1973, it was still listed as a mental illness. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if there were some very stupid people out there who still believe that.

It's generally put in the same boat as, say, bipolar disorder or depression, I believe.. attributed to a chemical imbalance, which would technically make it an irregularity, which (in this society) causes a social impediment (due to the stereotypes and discrimnation, etc.), which translates to "disability" to some people.
