actually, of these three i'd go with scarlet. based solely on her being in "ghost world," a totally amazingly great movie.

None of them.  Catherine Zeta-Jones, Nicole Kidman and Kate Winslet combined make all 3 of them look like dogs who couldn't act their way out of a paper bag.

Ashley Tisdale plays Maddie on the Disney Channel show "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody" and Sharpay on the infamous "High School Musical", which she has great comedic timing & facial expressions that can top other current  sitcom actresses in their 30's/40's.

Though also a pop singer, which I rather prefer her acting instead.

Well, in terms of how attractive, then I'd have to go for Natasha Bedingfield. However, in terms of talent.. DAVE!

I would have said Scarlett at an earlier time, but her smoking just turns me off. So I picked Natasha, unless she's a smoker, too. (Nothing against smokers, just the smoking part. ;))

I actually think a lot of people nowadays look teen-ish in their early/mid 20's. I have a theory, that each generation, looks younger and younger, than the one before, and I don't think it's just makeup and hairstyles of different eras, it's also the way people carry themselves, and other possible factors.

One of the best examples is the movie "Weird Science", besides the hair and makeup, Kelly LeBrock carries herself like she's well into her 30's, even though, according to the IMDB, she was 24 or 25, when she made it. She could also pass for 40 something in that movie, nowadays.
