This is the video of him in Australia recently.
It is believed he had recently touched down from his flight and was (put in a nice way) still intoxicated.

Meh, he's human. We all have a little too much from time to time. Funny clip though.

I thought he said that he had taken an Ambien (sleeping pill) prior and it was still wearing off when he was interviewed.

Yes, I saw an interview with him, and he stated just that. He said that he was exhausted too...and that mixed with taking this pill...caused...well, that.
