Actually I would select from a list of AC/Dc tunes:

"Back in Black"
"its a Long Way to the Top (if ya wanna rock 'n' roll)"
"Hell's Bells"
"Shook Me All Night Long"

I must confess I am not a huge AC/DC fan, but if I ever invade your country, I'll have these guys on full blast.  ;D

Other: "The Ecstasy of Gold" by Ennio Morricone.

(In case it might not seem familiar, it's from The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly.)

How can it be anything other than the Ride of the Valkyries?

...especially on dawn raids in your chopper?

Not that I like the idea, but Rock The Casbah would be likely used, if I was an evil, country invaiding jerk.

Which I'm not.  ;D

I was going to go with Rock the Casbah, but I think Robbie Roberston's Showdown at Big Sky (the CD single) would be nice to throw on the boombox in my Abrams while I'm rolling accros the border.  The song has a certain urgency to it...

I like the suggestions, so far.  Maybe I'll burn a mix CD... ;D

The Imperial March from Star Wars.

We've covered the classics:  Ride of the Valkyries, anything by AC/DC, and the Imperial March.

I'm gonna add Ministry's You Know What You Are from Land of Rape and Honey, inspired by tatratron's Ministry reference to Psalm 69 (be it the album or the track)...

But what I really came here to say was:

Classical:
What, no love for Holst's Mars, Bringer of War?

Retro:
Pop Will Eat Itself: Def Con One
Sigue Sigue Sputnik: Massive Retaliation
Despite the end of the Cold War, I'm saving Sigue Sigue Sputnik's M.A.D. (Mutual Assured Destruction) for when the Israeli/pick-any-Muslim-neighbor conflict finally goes nuclear, and now I have a long shot at using it in an Indo-Pak scenario.

Rock:
P.O.D. "BOOM!" (preferably the Crystal Method mix), which was unofficial 2003 Gulf War II as "check out the boys from the South" dovetailed nicely with the fastest mechanized infantry advance in military history.  Yeah, that was back in the day when I thought that winning the military conflict meant we'd won the war, silly me :)

EBM/Industrial:
Front 242, Circling Overland - probably written for the U2, but was my background music for Gulf War I, when I spent countless hours playing Microprose's F-19 (heh, before we knew it was the F-117 and what shape it really was!) Stealth Fighter game on the 'puter with a wary eye on the TV screen in the corner of the room.

KFMDM and side projects:
Well, just about anything (and everything they've done since after 9-11 :)  They're so prolific they get their own category.  I'm gonna go for obscurity points by restricting myself to pre-9/11 music and lay down Excessive Force's We Like War (if for nothing else than its sampling!) and Divebomb (for anyone in any Air Force anywhere).  KMFDM's Power ("We got the power / Excessive Force / Industrial soundtrack to the holy wars!") is pretty much a shoo-in, and Son of a Gun should have been the background music the dogfighting scenes in Independence Day

Neoclassical/techno-industrial:
Laibach, N.A.T.O., the entire album.  The title track NATO is a techno (!) version of Holszt's Mars, Laibach's parody of Edwin Starr's War actually tells you who it's good for... aaw, hell, the whole album's just brilliant.  I really didn't have any skin in the Balkans, and frankly didn't give a rat's arse for either side, and Laibach probably didn't either -- but being from the region and about 5-6 years ahead of the US's involvement, they made some beautiful background music for the Kosovo conflict.

What can I say -- I like the occasional invasion. They kick over the anthills, they stir up a little muck, they're an opportunity to cobble together playlists of obscure and wacky martial music, even if I have to sing with conviction what the artist wrote with cruel irony. We never got to take over the world, but watching our leaders play with it is a lot more fun when you've got a good soundtrack.

Anything with an Armenian douduk would be perfect for invading Middle Eastern countries.  Mournful and mysterious.  I love that woodwind..!

Djivan Gasparyan is my first pick...

Cannibal Corpse - No Remorse. A cover of the Metallica original, just even more brutal.

Forearm Shiver (a.k.a. The Lineman) by Sam Spence (NFL Films music).

You think "Ride of the Valkyries" is intimidating? Imagine a squadron of Apache helicopters bearing down on your position while blasting this:

I forgot Bigod 20 - America!  (Off the album Steel Works, 1992)

Nice pounding industrial beats, samples from Neil Armstrong to JFK, to (at least two political figures I don't recognize), and vocoder-mangled humans muttering "You? sit? back?, ? ? ? ? (4 syllables I can't even guess at), and I'll provide - domination!"

The music genre which in my opinion is more stimulating for invading a country is Black Metal.
