Subject: Building Collapse in Chester, Va

Pretty scary to me since I've worked in new construction in Chester, a county just south of Richmond, Va. One man is confirmed dead and more may be missing or trapped in the rubble. Latest news is that rescue efforts have been suspended due to rain and darkness.
It's most unusual for a two story building to collapse like this - especially in Chester, which had one of the toughest building inspectors/code compliance person I've come across.
