Subject: Digital billboards on highways- like GIANT TV's!

One of the things I HATE the most about the 2000s is the increasing number of these mammoth billboards on major roads. They're like visiting Las Vegas or Times Square, but it's only effective when you're driving! Cetain events, important phone numbers, moving images, and color changes can REALLY distract you, and it's particularly annoying AT NIGHT. I saw my first one outside of NYC/Vegas in 2006 in Pennsylvania, and last fall at least two were planted in Baltimore.
