A new animated series by Mike Judge called "The Goode Family" will premier on ABC on May 27, 2009. It's about a family who is peace-loving, environmentally conscious, and health conscious. They drive hybrids, recycle, and are vegans. Mike Judge will play the voice of the father, Gerald Goode, and his character is similar to Van-Driesen (the hippie teacher in "Beavis and Butthead"). I'm looking forward to it, it looks hilarious! Here's a link to the wiki article:

I always liked Mike Judge cartoons, but King of the Hill should have ended much earlier (imo end of 9th). Anyways this show might be interesting, as I hope they crossover with King of the Hill.
