Subject: Nine Days a lost Early 2000s band

This band hat a very popular hit when votes were being recounted in Florida and I was a Soph in High School. The name of that hit was "Absolutely ( The Story of a Girl)" and they also had another, much smaller, song called "If I am". What do you remember about them...if at all?

I remember "story of a girl", and I remember it from before the 2000 election.

I only remember 'Absulotely (The Story of A Girl)' but up until last year, I probably wouldn't have known it was by Nine Days. I do know that it has been used in a few movies over the years

I remember that song, though I don't think I ever knew the name of the band.
Wasn't that around the time when it seemed like every band was called "Nine Something Something" or "Three Something Something"?

I remember that song "Absolutely (story of a girl)" and that's it.
