Subject: California PSA for Anti-Smoking

There is this PSA, I've mostly noticed it on movies on DVD. It shows all these different images like a guy on a horse dressed like a cowboy, and other images usually asscoiated with smoking and keeps going through images until it shows a decrepit old man sitting in a wheelchair who looks like he is dying. He has all these tubes in him and an oxygen mask on. He says something about if you don't want to end up like him, don't smoke or something like that. I have been looking for it on YouTube with no luck. Does anyone know what I am talking about?
