Who else remembers this orgasmic product from 2002?

I think it was on the market for about a year or so before they pulled it from the shelves. I'm surprised it failed because everyone I knew liked it. Then again, I was in sixth grade so most of my peers loved anything with sugar in it ;D

I was reminded of it today because I tried the new Mountain Dew Dark Berry, which tastes nearly identical to it from what I remember -- moreso than Voltage which is similar.

Thank you for acknowledging this travesty of justice! The reason for Vanilla Coke getting nixed is truly one of the great mysteries of our time.

As for Pepsi Blue, I never tried it, but most of the reviews weren't good. You would have thought Pepsi had learned it's lesson about soda expansion after an earlier high profile failure...

Sweet...I don't remember being able to taste the "cola" in it, I just tasted fruity to me. If you've tried the new dark blue mountain dew (with Batman on the bottle), then I'd say it tasted a lot like that.

Not anymore. They stopped making it about 8 or 9 year ago.

If you ever come across a Coke Freestyle machine, you can find a bunch of interesting combinations. So far, I've only seen them at Five Guys and Moe's Southwest Grill.
