I never liked Tobey Maguire's Spider Man as well as Andrew Garfield's.  The '00s wasn't a huge decade for superhero movies, but I think the Dark Knight made more of an impact.

yeah, I think of the 00s as more of a test for superhero movies. Even though we had Bryan Singer's X-MEN movies, Blade trilogy, and Sam Rami's Spider-man; The Christopher Nolan Batman movies got the ball rolling and the end of the decade when the Marvel cinematic universe started the boom started!

Seriously?  The 2000s are frankly probably the best decade for superhero films.  In fact, they were really the first good decade for the genre, considering there weren't many movies in the 60s or 70s, little in the 80s stood out besides Superman II and Batman, and the 90s were full of bad superhero flicks with few good ones to spare.  The 2000s had the first two X-Men films, the first two Spider-Man's, the first two entries in the Dark Knight Trilogy, the original Iron Man film, and a fair amount of others.  The 2010s are also a strong decade for superhero movies, but they seem to lean a bit more towards quantity, whereas the 2000s were slightly bigger on quality.

I'm putting all franchises, no single films.  Note, some of them started at the end of the previous decade but were big in the 2000s.

Comedy: Scary Movie, Pirates Of The Caribbean
Sci-Fi: The Matrix, X-Men
Drama:
Thriller: The Bourne Identity, Transporter
Horror: Wrong Turn, Saw
Fantasy: Harry Potter, Twilight, The Lord Of The Rings
Action: The Fast And The Furious, Iron Man, Kill Bill
Animated: Shrek

Since the two I mentioned in Thriller as well as Sci-Fi can be considered action, I would say that the 2000s were big for action.  Or they at least started it as we have had so many superhero movies this current decade.  As for drama, I can only think of stand alone films.  I'll put those in another post.
