What are the best TV and movie portrayals of late 90s/early 00s teens? Like people born between 1980 and 1983? I ask because I was watching the Sopranos and I am wondering how accurate Meadow is to teens of the period (she was born in 1982).

What makes you think she wouldn't be a teen in that time period?

I didn't say she wasn't? She's shown as being 17 in Season 1 of the show (1999). I am just curious to see films and shows which accurately depict teen culture from 1995 through 2002.

As a late 90s/early 00s teen I would say it was a mix of Dawson’s Creek, 7th Heaven and Malcolm in the Middle.
