Subject: If you had a 2000s party...

Written By: muppethammer26 on 09/30/18 at 8:33 pm

If you decided to do a 2000s party in the future, let's say sometime in the 2020s, what 00s things/trends would you have? What 00s songs would you play? What would you wear to a 00s party? Make sure anything related to the 2000s (songs, video games, etc.) is released sometime between 1/1/2000 and 12/31/2009.

The truth is, whenever I think of the early 90's, your face comes up with a vengeance like it was yesterday.

You mean to tell me you do not picture the Bart Simpson “Peace, Man” shirt I’m wearing?! That was a greatest shirt of the 90s for me!!! The peace sign shirts (sold for the first time in mid ‘88) were already popular in 1989. People wore them all of the way into 1992. The other Bart Simpson shirts featured him with a slingshot (Underachiever one) and a wooden skateboard (“Who the hell are you” one). None of which were relevant to us in 1990. So, the Bart Simpson “Peace, Man” shirt was perfect for the 1990-1991 school year. There’s even a picture of a man wearing it while protesting against the Gulf War in early ‘91 online. I think I saw it on Flickr. I’m not entirely sure. To this day, that is my favorite Bart Simpson shirt. There are tie dye and updated versions of that shirt in stores now, but the original stands out more. I’ve heard of 80s cafes in my travels, but why can’t someone make an early 90s museum or pizza shop with collectibles released from 1989 to 1992?  :\'(
