Subject: Engrossing Content from the Mid-2000s?

Written By: xX07-GhostXx on 09/27/19 at 6:33 pm

I'm looking mostly for music recommendations, but pc and ps2 games from 2004-6 (or up until mid 2007 if I'm being completely honest about when I feel the mid-2000s vibe ended) are welcome here as well. Please tell of such things. About music, I really like Melodic Hardcore, Emo, and Alternative.

This sums up 2006 for me. I was in 4th grade and my class had to perform this horrible song for the entire school. Dark yet simple times

I love both of those last 2 songs, and I found it interesting that I recognized the beginning of the first song.

I agree about that song. I couldn't listen to the whole thing.

I almost forgot to say this - games I already have from those years include Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Sonic Mega Collection Plus, The Sims 2, and Shadow the Hedgehog.

True Crime: Streets of LA/NYC, it's similar to GTA.

Resident Evil 4, Def Jam: Fight for NY, Kingdom Hearts.

If you’re into melodic hardcore, I recommend you Ignite’s album "Our Darkest Days" if you haven’t heard it yet.

Lol you mention how annoying James Blunt was. I agree, I live in the states and MTV would play the "You're Beautiful" video way too much. I would be so annoyed. I imagine it was even worse in the UK.
