Subject: Which movie is more similar to Catwoman (2004): Joker or Birds of Prey?

Which of the Batman universe villain centric movies would you say are more similar? Overall I'd go with Birds of Prey. Both had the "comicy" and cartoonish style of cinematography with a catchy soundtrack. Both were panned by critics and Rassy material even though I personally enjoyed them both. Joker won/got nominated for many Oscars.
