When did baggy pants go out of fashion for guys? And when did flares/bootcuts go out of fashion for women?

Still wear bootcut as they fit me better than other styles. The pairs I have I bought in around 2008/9.

Probably some time in the late 2010s the fashion pages were saying bootcut were back in, but I don’t quite know when they went away
