they use the latest polls from established sources to show which states are squarely in whose camps. Sure glad I'm not in a close state (no stupid attack ads on TV)

We also don't have attack ads on (only when we are watching the dish). We don't usually have candidates come to this state (unless they live here ;))There was an article in our local paper yesterday about having our primary before New Hampshire. Personally, I wouldn't want that because I wouldn't like the media circus that would decend upon us.

I gotta say for a non-US'n, that is an extremely interesting site. I love the graphical representation. As someone who does not get subjected to the more intricate goings on of your election processes, and isn't necessarily aware of your state to state differences, that map and it's keys made things a lot easier to understand :)

Not really. If you hover your mouse over the states, you can see the 2000 results, and Gore carried the state by a similar percentage last time. Though I guess people expect Arnie to give Bush a boost in popularity.

The Republican biased point of view
I was browsing through this page out of curiosity and noticed that he does link to a site with strong Republican undertones. What impresses me is that the guy running this site has almost the same stats as the Republican site, which makes me wonder if they really are biased...
