While not defending the piece or the station that ran it, there is a large difference between Fox Network running the piece, and a Fox Affiliate running the piece. This story was not run on Fox News. That would be like saying a story run on an NBC affiliate was run on MSNBC. Or a story run on WTBS was run on CNN.
Like all networks, the National Network does not interfere with the editorial or news services of their affiliates.
