of course the Right wing noise machine makes this sound like Rove is innocent.
Lack of indictment though can mean he agreed to roll over on someone else in exchange for immunity.
It can also be a signal that information is being withheld "due to security clearances". Obstruction is nothing new for this administration

i see speculation that he's going to be testifying against libby. there's also plenty of evidence cheney was involved.

if rove's getting off cuz he's gonna sing then that's fine by me. if it's a "national security" issue like chucky saays it might be that's WEAK.
