Subject: Obama/Kaine?

This may be a possible ticket.

Tim Kaine, a Virginia Democrat may be Obama's VP. (At least his name isn't Dick.)

I could handle Kaine being Vice President.  Although I'm still holding out hope for you know who.  Worst choice Obama could make would be to get Ed Rendell as his running mate. 8-P

That stuff works better on politicians than regular morphine derivatives.  FDA won't approve it for use in the general population though.  Blackboxed because of political euphoria.

Kaine would be interesting.  I think Evan Bayh and Bill Richardson would be better though.

They keep talking about Obama picking some "centrist" (read very white, very moderate, and very quiet), but I don't think he should be obliged to pick some dullard like Evan Bayh.

Perhaps Gen. Wesley Clark?

Perhaps Gen. Wesley Clark?

Or even Gen. Petraeus?  (is there any reason why a serving general can't be VP?)  Now, *that* would be a bold move...
