Kevin Johnson who played who played 2 stints with the Phoenix Suns is now mayor of Sacramento.

Yeah I loved KJ but I don't know what qualifies him for politics. Oh well... maybe he can suit up for a few games and help the Kings win this year.

Sonny Bono started out as a mayor and he did OK as a Congressman.

Don't know KJ, but he probably has a college degree, most B Ballers do. And if a rancher from Crawford and a senile actor can be president, why can't an athlete be mayor?
