As has been shown in the last few weeks, America decidedly has an excess of rednecks.
I bet she was dumb enough to not even realize he was Jewish. She probably just heard his accent and thought "German = Nazi."

No I think she did. It was meant as a slap to his face. Health care reform of any kind is somehow Nazism to them which doesn't make sense. She doesn't even know what true Nazism is, if she did she would have said it.

Then when they guy started to yell at her, she did a mock crying jag, like we used to do to make fun of kids when we were 10. At that point, it moved from Seinfeld to Andy Kaufman!
