Actually, it did show her finish. It showed her saying Washington. Perhaps you should have watched the entire video?
I think my favorite thing about Washington was that he freed his slaves after his death. How noble and kind of him to keep them around to serve him while he was living, though he clearly recognized that it was wrong to do so.
Honestly, why in the HELL do we idolize these men so much?

Obama took his wife out to dinner for her birthday and the people who didn't care that bush raided the social security system to pay for Iraq go into a tizzy about Obama wasting taxpayer dollars.

Yes, and as he observed, History would record that Franklyn struck the ground with his lightening rod and out poped Washington, fully dressed and on his horse, and the three of them won the revolution. So with a minor omission, I guess Palin was right.

His big brother Jimmy ran the New England Courant, which got some of its funding from slave masters buying ad space as wanted posters for runaway slaves. Which is not to say the Franklins were bad guys, just men of their time!

It took 28 years, but the Republicans finally have a Senator who's trying to appeal to straight women, so they've got that goin' for them.
