(CNN) -- The death toll from a pair of bombings that struck a restaurant and a rugby ground in Uganda's capital is around 60, a police spokeswoman told CNN on Monday.
Seventy-one more people were injured, said police spokeswoman Judith Nabakooba.

The bombs went off within 25 minutes of each other shortly after 10 p.m.(3 p.m. ET), as fans gathered in both locations. There was no immediate claim of responsibility for what Nabakooba called "definite acts of terrorism."

by killing the fewest people as possible while serving it.
Uganda is a post-colonial basketcase. Remember Idi Amin? Prolly played miniature golf with Saddam Hussein. A mean mofo. He tried to run the place in the 1970s and he was so nasty all hell broke loose and stayed broken!

That's an urban myth. Idi Amin did not practice cannibalism. Well, maybe a few times, but if you wanna be the scariest badass on the block, you might have to do a few things you don't like. Like eating somebody's liver with fava beans and a nice Chianti. Maybe he figured it was more humane. Imagine the lives you save now by preventing future bloody rebellions! Do we want to go up against the cannibal king? I don't think so! You first...
