during investigations... because that whole reading of the Constitution thing at the start of Congress was basically just a stunt

I'm not surprised, since most left the house during the reading, and parts were left out, some on purpose, some by accident (HOW IN HELL DOES A MEMBER OF CONGRESS KNOW SO LITTLE ABOUT THE CONSTITUTION NOT TO KNOW THAT HE "MISSED" A PAGE?).  These people are as far from Constitutional scholars as ants are from elephants.  But let them rant.  Let them expose their reactionary intent.  The more they rant, the better.  Dems control the Senate and Obama wields the veto pen
