She looks good, but my understanding is that her verbal skills are nil.  I hope she is able to overcome that.

Me too.  I have an old buddy who just had a stroke a few months ago and he is stuggling with vocabulary, both written and spoken.  When he sends me emails I can tell what he is trying to say by looking at the 'subject' of the words he types.  For example when he wrote "i like the cameras your page" he meant "I like the pictures on your page".

I hope with Gabby that her 'written' skills at least come back and of course ALL of her verbal skills, spoken too.  :)

I think we all hope that Ms Giffords makes a complete recovery.  She is needed.

My guess is she will continue to recover beyond her doctors' expectations, but she will never gain the full functionality she had before the shooting.

Keep fighting the brave fight, Gabbie, we're all pulling for you!
