I really like 'Stereo Love' by Edward Maya and Vika Jigulina.  I know it is a 2009 song, where it was already a Top 10 success in several European countries, but here in Canada, it is currently at #49, making this the first chart appearance of the song outside of Europe.  It has not even charted in the US or UK yet, making it very rare that a dance song has reached the Canadian chart before the UK chart.

So far the only '10s song that I truly like right now is "Naturally" by Selena Gomez & The Scene (which of course was recorded in '09 and part of an '09 album)...but it was apparently released as a single in January (thus making it sort of a "cusp" song). I have seen the music vid on Disney Channel and has some great kaleidoscopic visuals.

2010 sure is a strange year for music, if you take a look at the top 40 songs today(in late '10), you'll notice little to no rock music is popular at all, it's all electropop, eurohouse, dance-rap, alternative rap, and country.

Yeah, rock has been fading away for awhile.  Personally, I am not a fan of all the country-cross over music of the last few years.  Rock will make a comeback in the future.

It's no Cee Lo Green, and the authors couldn't practice medicine to save their lives, but by Dobbs, they got a video out about Life in the 10s before anyone else did.  When hippie and skeptic alike can join hands and raise our middle fingers as one, I'd say it's a step in the right direction.

I like Annie Lennox(her solo stuff) as a guilty pleasure. I don;t think it was ever cool to say you like Annie Lennox's music wether it be when she was with "The Eurthymics" in the 80's or her solo stuff in the 90's. "Walkin On Broken Glass" and "No More I love You's" are 90's A/C classics. "No More I Love You's" was sampled in rapper Nicki Minaj's hit "Your Love".
