Subject: Not for the easily distressed...

Seems that a gentleman in Kentucky sued his urologist for starting what was supposed to be a theraputic circumcision but instead did a partial, uh, downsizing.  Later on another hospital finished the job.

It appears that when the doctor started the procedure, he saw that Mr. Johnson had a rather nasty form of cancer and looked like a cauliflower, and so he decided to remove it.  Part of his defense was that "only removed about an inch".  :o

Dude was suing the doctor for $16MM which comes to $192,000,000 per foot.  I say that's about right.

The cruel irony of this story is that the amputee is a resident of Waddy, KY.

In finding in favor of the doctor, the judge commented "I find this  physician not liable for any damages.  He is a cut above the rest."  ;D

I've heard of cauliflower ear before, but never a cauliflower Johnson.  :-X

But as big as that dude was, he probably had not actually seen ol' Rodney for years.  :P
