The article goes on to say that neither Walken nor Robert Wagner are considered suspects.
But there were 3 people on the boat. Two are not suspects and the third one is dead. I'm pretty sure that she's not going to be charged with anything.
I wonder if Robert has retained a lawyer too? ???

The old skipper is trying to make a buck. I don't think the case is going anywhere, even if Robert Wagner is an a-hole. No one's going to prove homicide after 30 years. Not without a confession.

I would hire a lawyer, too. Anything at all involving the police, anytime, anywhere.
