It seems like Lady GaGa ripped off one of Kylie Minogue's 80's hits "Hand On Your Heart" in her "Bad Romance".

BTW, I love the "Hand On Your Heart" video - it's so 80's - no t*ts, no shiny cars, no thugs. Just a room filled with mirrors, and a cute singer!

Actually Madonna was inspired by other artists and/or actresses as well.
As great as she is, Madonna was inspired a lot by Marilyn Monroe and 'old Hollywood'. She might have not copied directly, but she sure as hell was inspired and made it her own. The whole belief that Lady Gaga is the only person in the music industry to be inspired by other artists/actors/actresses/images is a myth.

Kylie was so hot in 1989. Actually, she still is pretty hot.

In most of her videos she had that Marilyn Monroe look.
