Seems fairly good. Where did you find that?

Nice! But I think it would have been more accurate to have them wearing pants instead of a dress from at least the 1970s onward.

Yeah I agree. I've thought of making a similar thing only with less decades and more than just the girl. I'd like to get both sexes as well as several ethnicities and age groups represented. I'm just a sh*tty artist.  ;D

Yeah I thought that too about pants in the post '70s decades, although the '80s one already looks very '80s as is, men's fashion is generally a lot slower changing than women's fashion(with the exception of the '70s ;D), during that same time that women's fashion changed a lot from the flapper '20s look to the Doir "new look" of the late '40s and '50s men basically wore the suit, short slick hair, and fedora throughout that whole time.

For the 2000s I would have the woman wearing dark blue bootcut jeans with maybe a tube top and the 2010s woman wearing the rainbow colored stripes on her shirt(or digital print patterns) with brightly colored skinny jeans or jeggings.

Wouldn't you agree the period from 1920-1946 was pretty stagnant as far as fashion? It didn't seem all that much changed in those years, but then again I'm no expert on that time. The 30s and 40s in general just seem like a continuation of the 20s to me pop culturally.

the 2000s dress in particular doesn't look right to me. I would never look at it and say "oh, that looks like something from the '00s!"

I had the same thought. More proper 00s would be a pair of saggy sweatpants with the word 'juicy' on her ass.  ;D

The period from around 1919 to around 1935 shared a lot of similarities like short, wavy and cropped hairstyles for women, art deco desgins, shorter skirts, early jazz, ect but starting around the late 1930s there was a notable shift with longer, curly hair for women, broader shoulder pads, and the swing/big band era so most of the 1920s and 1930s do run together stylistically but the 1940s are quite different from the 1920s(even the pre Christian Doir new look, padded shoulder early/mid '40s), they are much closer to the 1950s actually.

What I notice also is the '90s girl looks serious, sleek, and sophisticated while the 2010s girl looks like lots of fun with her rainbow striped dress, very clubby looking.

A lot of the women wore those big dresses.

I just came back from my last round of getting Christmas gifts.  I was standing in line behind this guy who had his pants below his butt cheeks, with the belt securely below the cheekline too, so we all could see his underpants in full view.

What exactly is the "statement" of dressing like that?  Does it mean "easy access"? ???

Some people are just stuck in the '90s. 8-P

Imagine, that's like wearing bellbottoms in 1988 or something.

I didn't know what sort of "statement" it was making back then, either.  ;D

I don't know what kind of fashion statement that is.

What would you describe as '90s fashion, the decade as a whole(excluding some hideous early '90s stuff) was rather minimalist, subdued, and basic in fashion.

The '90s representation kind of reminds me of Clueless a bit actually.

Yeah it does. It should be noted though that most women definitely didn't dress like the girls in Clueless during the 90s. Flannel was big for most of the decade.

Instead of wearing a headband, something I associate with the late 2000s/early 2010s, she should have been wearing a pony tail.

The whole pants off the ass-crack thing just has never worked for me. Part of the reason I don't have a boyfriend now is that. Every decent looking man I see turns around and it's Booty on Display.

I DO like a guy with a nice butt, I just don't want to SEE it as soon as I say "hello!"  >:(
