I said this in another topic but my friend has a three year old daughter who enjoys playing with Barbies.

I think they are still popular.

If you're an 11 year old boy and you have a problem with Barbies then how are you going to handle the gangster across town.  Who says all of him has to cone back!

The girls themselves now turn themselves into human Barbie!

Barbies will be popular until the end of time. I think they are the eternal toy.

They are popular even with adults, grown men and women collect Barbie dolls everyday.

This is what the first and original 1959 Barbie doll looked like, and is probably the most sought after and collected one out of all the Barbie dolls.

I used to rip off the head of the Barbie and Ken dolls, fills them with water or juice, and then squirt the girls.

Good thing I stopped doing that almost 40 minutes years ago.

It was yesterday (March 9th)in 1959, that saw the first Barbie doll, Mattel's "Barbie Millicent Roberts", goes on display at the American Toy Fair in New York City. Eleven inches tall, Barbie is the first mass-produced toy doll in the United States with adult features.

Nope, Bratz buried Barbie in the 2000s. Then, Elsa dolls came along and Bratz became a thing of the past. Now, LOL Surprise! Under Wraps Dolls are being collected by Gen Alphas.
