Subject: Justin Bieber

Written By: Philip Eno on 03/05/13 at 12:19 am

Teen pop idol Justin Bieber has angered parents by emerging onstage for a concert at London's O2 Arena almost two hours late.

While the 19-year-old singer's young fans were kept waiting, frantic parents converged on the venue expecting to pick up their children.

It follows reports that Bieber's gig in Nottingham on Saturday also began late.

Fans tweeting from inside the O2 said there were boos from some in the crowd almost an hour before he emerged.

'Just a shambles'

Tracey Wilson, from Hoddesdon in Hertfordshire, was at the concert with her daughter.

She told Tony Livesey on BBC Radio 5Live that Bieber had been due to start at 20:30 GMT.

She said: "The support acts came on but they ran over until about ten to nine, and then we sat there until twenty past ten for Justin to come on..

"A few of the parents went up to the information desk to complain and they were saying there's nothing they could do and that 'It's just Justin Bieber's production team'.

"We said that was all well and good, but most of us have to get trains... it was just a shambles. I said we've really got to leave at ten to eleven to get the last train."

She added that people in the crowd began booing at about 21:30, almost an hour before Bieber's act eventually started.

No-one connected to the show has commented, but the venue apologised for the late start via its Twitter feed.

The Emperor has no clothes!!! Well partially...and no one has dared call Beiber a tit for wearing what he has.

The kids should have thrown bottles at Bieber like those incensed fans in Ireland who waited for Axl Rose to eventually turn up.

Oh dear...

Justin Bieber has caused outrage with his message in a guestbook at the Anne Frank Museum, saying he hoped the Holocaust victim would have been a fan.

The 19-year-old pop idol wrote: "Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber."

It has provoked fierce online criticism of the Canadian singer, who is in Amsterdam as part of a tour.

The museum defended the star but added his comment "wasn't very sensible".

The Canadian singer's comment was quoted on the Anne Frank House Facebook page following his visit on Friday evening.

Anne Frank's diary, written during the two years the teenager and her family hid from the Nazis in occupied Amsterdam, made her a symbol of the suffering of Jews during World War II.

The house has been turned into a museum dedicated to the young girl, who died in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in 1945 aged 15.

The suggestion that had she lived today, the teenager would have been a "belieber" - a term used by his devoted fans to describe themselves - generated thousands of horrified responses on social networking websites.

"Just saw what Justin Bieber wrote in the Anne Frank Museum guestbook. Absolutely disgusted," read one tweet.

"Way to turn an inspiring moment into something about yourself," read another.

However, museum spokeswoman Maatje Mostart defended the young star to the BBC, saying: "He's 19. It's a crazy life he's living, he didn't mean bad… and also it's nice that he made the effort, he didn't have to come."

The report from BBC

Singer Justin Bieber has become the latest celebrity to sign up for a space flight with Virgin Galactic.

The company, owned by entrepreneur Richard Branson, expects to start running journeys into space from 2014.

He tweeted: "Great to hear @justinbieber & @scooterbraun are latest @virgingalactic future astronauts. Congrats, see you up there!"

The 19-year-old Canadian will be joined by his manager, Scooter Braun.

"Let's shoot a music video in SPACE!! #nextLEVEL," he wrote in reply to Richard Branson.

Other famous passengers rumoured to be signed up for the first flights include Tom Hanks, Ashton Kutcher, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, as well as the scientist Stephen Hawking.

During the Cannes film festival last month, one guest paid $1.2m in a charity auction, to sit next to Leonardo DiCaprio on Virgin Galactic.

The SpaceShipTwo will have two pilots who take six passengers to an altitude of 68 miles (109km), where they will be able to see the Earth from space and spend a few minutes experiencing zero gravity.

A ticket costs $250,000.

The rocket is currently being tested and Richard Branson expects to take his family on the first trip later this year.

Justin Bieber was also on Twitter, celebrating reaching a new milestone. He's become the first person to have over 40m followers on the social networking site.

A recent report suggested around 50% of his subscribers were fake accounts.

Pop star Justin Bieber struck a photographer with his Ferrari sports car while driving away from a comedy club in Los Angeles on Monday night.

Video taken outside the Laugh Factory comedy club showed Bieber behind the wheel of his white Ferrari, surrounded by photographers as he was pulling away.

Celebrity website TMZ said Bieber motioned to the photographers to get out of the way but one was apparently pinned between his Ferrari and a parked car as he pulled out. He then drove away.

"It was not a hit-and-run," said Los Angeles police department spokesman Bruce Borihanh. "The investigation is ongoing." He said the photographer's injuries were not life-threatening.

A representative for Bieber declined to comment.

Bieber is under investigation in a separate driving incident in May after his neighbours complained that he had been speeding through his gated Los Angeles-area community.

The Canadian singer has been the subject of a series of headline-grabbing incidents over the past year. German authorities seized a capuchin monkey Bieber had kept as a pet after he was unable to provide proper documentation for the animal at Munich airport. And in London, days after causing an outcry by starting a concert at the O2 arena late, the singer scuffled with a photographer outside a hotel.

That's true ckeenan. There are *LOTS* of acts over the last 20 to 25 years where I can say the same as Starde  "I swear to God I'll never understand the appeal with this kid".  Backstreet Boys, Justin Timberlake, Spice Girls, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Kanye West, Lady Gaga and Bieber and dozens more. I have **no clue** what the appeal is with any of them. Probably because I'm older and started listening to pop music in the 1960s.

See, now Justin Timberlake I don't have a problem with. I've never been attracted to him, but I am a fan of his music compared to a lot of the current crop of popular music acts out there. Then again, this probably comes down to his music appealing a lot more to my generation (liked him since his *NSYNC days) than that of Bieber's.

US border agents have found marijuana on a bus travelling as part of singer Justin Bieber's tour. It was stopped as it travelled into Detroit, Michigan, from Windsor in Canada. According to the Detroit Free Press, Justin Bieber was not on board. Ken Hammond, spokesman for US Customs and Border Protection, confirmed a police dog indicated the presence of drugs on the bus. A search resulted in drug equipment and marijuana being found. Hammond says the bus driver was cited and that the bus and its passengers were then allowed to go.

Later that night Justin Bieber went ahead with his performance at Detroit's Joe Louis Arena. The 19-year-old recently signed up for a space flight with Virgin Galactic. The company, owned by entrepreneur Richard Branson, expects to start running journeys into space from 2014. The Canadian singer will be joined on the trip by his manager, Scooter Braun. In June Bieber became the first person to have more than 40 million followers on the social networking site Twitter.

Like, Hi, Fer Shurr,

"Poor men, rich men, leaders of the land.  See 'em with their trousers off, they're never quite as grand!"

My, my, my!  Either those photos have been photoshopped, or Bieber just looks much better with clothes on, because he looks sort of...wimpy, wimpy, wimpy when he's naked.  He could play Billy Bibbit in "Cuckoo's Nest", though, and his face still looks good.  Is the tall hair compensating for something, or is it an advertisement for what's behind the guitar...?  I never heard any rumors about the height of a guy's hair, and, in Bieber's case, if we ever learn any information about those types of rumors, we'll more than likely be disgusted...and Bieber will be arrested for indecent exposure!

Of course, I'm CERTAIN that Bieber will eventually go the route of David Cassidy, and pose nude on some magazine cover, but if he does that, he ought to have the biceps to go along with the below-the-belt nudity, because it'd just be WEIRD for people to be looking at a non-buff, totally naked Justin Bieber on the cover of...Rolling Stone!  In any event, I'LL ONLY be looking at his face, and checking to see if anybody bothered to tell him to get buff around The Northern Hemosphere...because he's MUCH too young for ME!

LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Justin Bieber won't face criminal charges for allegedly threatening a neighbour who complained about his driving.
City News Service says Los Angeles County prosecutors decided Wednesday that there's insufficient evidence to charge the pop star.
A neighbour in Bieber's gated Calabasas neighbourhood told a sheriff's deputy that Bieber threatened him and spat in his direction when he confronted the 19-year-old about his driving last March.
Prosecutor Alan Yochelson wrote in a document that Bieber's response seemed "immature" but not necessarily criminal.
He also said there's not enough evidence to charge Bieber over a neighbour's complaint that Bieber drove his Ferrari recklessly through the area in May. Yochelson said it's unclear who was at the wheel.
Messages left for Bieber's representative, Melissa Victor, weren't immediately returned Wednesday.

Police in Brazil have charged Justin Bieber with illegally spraying graffiti in Rio de Janeiro.

The Canadian singer could be fined after pictures appeared in local media to show him painting a wall.

Defacing buildings is a crime in Brazil punishable by up to one year in jail or a fine.

However officials described the case involving Justin Bieber as "a minor offence". There was no immediate comment from his management team.

In a statement, Brazil's civil police force said Justin Bieber had been charged with "defacing a building or urban monument by graffiti or other means".

I've read that he was mean to his hockey teammates when he was 12.

Why was everyone else able to tell JB was a douche before I could do so? I mean, like, way back in 2010, all the shade-throwing directed at him seemed harsh and uncalled for. But now, I could see why everyone hates him.

Well, Justin was a great kid in the begining but now his head is so swollen it's unbelievable that he can get a baseball cap on his head.  :(

Police have searched the home of Justin Bieber for evidence after the Canadian pop star allegedly threw eggs at his neighbour's home.

Officials did not say what evidence they took from the home, but arrested a member of the singer's entourage for alleged cocaine possession.

The egging apparently caused serious damage to the neighbour's home in the Los Angeles suburb of Calabasas.

Police said Bieber, 19, had "not been arrested, nor has he been exonerated".

Add his name to a very long list.
Like most of the stars over the last 30 years, I will never understand why any of them are popular. It is a mystery to me.

(From the article)

"Justin Bieber is using drugs with alarming regularity ... and it's making him so erratic his people have been urging him to go to rehab ... sources closely connected with the singer tell TMZ.

Multiple credible, connected sources tell us ... Bieber has been using sizzurp regularly.  It's typically codeine and promethazine mixed with Sprite and a Jolly Rancher.  Bieber and his crew refer to it as "lean."  It's a very dangerous narcotic that can trigger seizures, and even worse.

But that's not the only drug Bieber is using.  We're told he's been taking lots of prescription pills, including Xanax, in addition to lots of alcohol and weed.

Our sources insist he does NOT do cocaine and has never done it in his life."

No, Howard.  Purple Drank is a concoction made of prescription cough syrup, Mountain Dew or Sprite, and Jolly Ranchers.  And it is usually sipped out of a double-Styrofoam-cup.  ::)

There is a commercial wine-like alcoholic product on the market called "Sizzurp Purple Punch Liqueur" that rides on the 'popularity' of Texas Tea.  But that product is really like a wine cooler and is not the real thing.  Get caught drinking that stuff and you'll only LOOK stupid.

If he does get deported, though, it won't be for the eggs...it will be for the drugs and the reckless driving, etc.

It wasn't an online petition, it was saying that like the people he egged were seeking his deportation. (Besides, if there was a petition, I'd have been first to sign on the dotted line.) I saw a little gif with the American and Canadian flags throwing his head back and forth indicating that neither nation wants him on thier soil. And the cute guy from Supernatural keeps tweeting shade at him.  :)

I haven't heard of the deportation thing, but I have heard that the neighbor is suing him.  Honestly, I think it would take more than egging to deport someone.  I work for the public defender and we have a lot of clients that come through with ICE holds.  They have usually done much worse than egging a house and they rarely get deported.

And, seriously, I am sure Canada doesn't want him back either.  I say we take him and all his yes men and put them on an island and never look back.

LATEST:

Pop star Justin Bieber has been arrested in Florida accused of drunken driving and drag racing.

The Miami Beach Police Department said he was detained after racing on a street early on Thursday and had failed an alcohol test.

The 19-year-old has had several run-ins with police in recent years.

The arrest comes a week after his home in Los Angeles was searched by police following allegations he had thrown eggs at his neighbour's house.

He was accused of causing significant damage to the property. One member of his entourage was arrested for alleged drug possession following the search.

In the latest incident, the Associated Press quoted police as saying the singer had been driving a yellow Lamborghini when he was arrested in the early hours of Thursday.

The Miami Herald reported that members of the musician's entourage had apparently used their cars to block traffic on Pine Tree Drive at 26th Street, effectively creating a drag strip.

The driver of a second car, a red Ferrari, was also arrested and both cars impounded, said Miami Dade-Police spokesman Sgt Bobby Hernandez.

Police later named the other driver as an R&B singer known as Khalil.

The street where police say the singer was racing is a residential area in mid-Miami Beach.

Small apartment buildings are along one side of the street and on the other side are a high school, a youth centre, a golf course and a fire station.

In 2013, the Canadian singer was asked to remove graffiti he had left on the wall of a hotel in Australia. That came a month after he was charged in Brazil over a similar offence.

In 2012 he faced accusations of reckless driving, although prosecutors declined to press charges.

Justin Bieber lives in a gated community in Calabasas, about 30 miles north-west of central Los Angeles.

He may have been arrested but the clown will surely get out in no time.  Remember when Paris Hilton was in for less than a day?  These celebrities get off way too easy.  I read an article where they showed people making fun of him with twitter, using fake pictures.  The writer actually said, "This is serious guys." as if were supposed to feel sorry for him.  No, if his proud mom would have given him a good set of rules and punished him like a normal kid, he might have turned into an actual mature adult.  But she just let him spoil himself.  I wonder how she feels about the little brat getting cuffed.

Bieber, 19, was released from a Miami jail an hour after he made a brief appearance through a video link before a Miami judge, who set a "standard" $2,500 bond Thursday afternoon."

He clearly doesn't get it yet.  Hope he gets a better entourage that will knock some sense into him.

It's times like this I'm glad my parents taught me well. I'm 27 and the closest I got to "jail" was being thrown out of school for a week for something I said. I've never had a ticket or nothing. I just think more parenting needs to be done and less mollycoddling! (I've waited years to use that word!)

Well said.  People drop off their bratty kids at my work and they throw stuff everywhere and run around.  Seriously, they just drop them off like there is nothing better the kids can be doing.

Yes.  The drinking age in Florida is 21.  It's 21 in all fifty states.  I think 21 is a ridiculously high age.  It should be 18.

Anyway, I'm not sure, but I think Florida is one of the states that prohibits serving alcohol in strip clubs.  Bieber might have been there legally.  No matter, they'd let a five-year-old in if he was going to spend $75,000!

I notice that several fandoms are rallying troops to fight against the JB fans. I've never seen the like of it before. Like MJ fans, and Supernatural fans and Dr. Who fans, and some others... like people I never thought would associate with one another are going ape on the JB fans.

Every day I see anti-JB... propaganda, for lack of a better word,  circulating. It truly is amusing to me.

Excuse me.  I'm not one for bursting bubbles but NKOTB was popular from 1984-1994 when they broke up.  Jordan Knight and Joe MacIntyre launched some moderately successful solo careers and then came back at a time when music didn't have to have to have rock stars and they had a successful tour with the Backstreet Boys NKOTBSB.  :)

From what I've read, they didn't have mainstream popularity until 1988 when "Please Don't Go Girl" and "The Right Stuff" came out and that their popularity declined significantly beginning in 1992 due to allegations of lip-syncing.

Earlier on Wednesday, a petition requesting Mr Bieber's expulsion from the US attained 100,000 signatures.

The petition was filed on a White House website by a member of the public.

The US president has no power to order an individual's deportation, and it is unclear whether the White House will respond to the petition.

Justin Bieber has had several run-ins with police over the past year.

It turns out that Celine Dion is a cousin of Justin Bieber. The pair are tenth cousins, three times removed. Warblers Celine, 45, and Justin share nine times great-grandparents in Jacques Vezina and wife Marie Boisdon, who were from France but died in Quebec, Canada, in 1687.

On March 15, an hour before he disappeared into a washroom at Muzik, Ford ran into pop star Justin Bieber in a common area of the exclusive nightclub near Toronto’s waterfront, according to witnesses. Ford tried to shake Bieber’s hand and became enraged when Bieber jokingly asked him, “Did you bring any crack to smoke?”

Security ushered Ford back to his party booth, where he was entertained, along with the four men, by three paid party hostesses. The Star has been unable to reach Bieber for comment.

You know what would go well with a Justin Bieber thread?  A story about Justin Bieber and Toronto mayor Rob "Totally Not Addicted To Crack" Ford...

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has told Newsbeat that it is investigating claims that Justin Bieber was involved in an attempted robbery. They say the singer's not been arrested or questioned, but they have interviewed the alleged victim. It's claimed that the robbery took place in LA at around 22:30 EST on Monday. Newsbeat spoke to LAPD officer Rosario Herrera, who confirmed he was being accused of attempted "robbery". She said "the victim has been interviewed," but Justin Bieber has not been "detained, arrested or questioned".

The 20-year-old singer was arrested at the end of January in Miami Beach after what police described as an illegal street drag race. The singer also faces charges of resisting arrest and driving with an expired licence. The trial was delayed from the beginning of next month to 7 July.

Celebrity gossip site TMZ reported that the woman and her teen daughter were at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park, where she says she saw Bieber with an entourage playing mini golf and using a batting cage.

The group got in an altercation with another group of men at the park when she says Bieber spotted her reaching for her cellphone.

Bieber allegedly wanted her phone to delete any photos of the altercation. When she refused, she says he grabbed it from her purse. When he could not unlock it, she says he returned the phone and she showed him that there were no photos on it.

He was 14 when he said that, but I'm sure he wanted to be found out. 14 year olds make dumb decisions worse than bad jokes, but he's grown now and moved onto worse. He's still an immature little boy IMO. The thing is, someone who's not famous can get away with saying what they want in private...or not, and the worst that happens is someone may tell them off if overheard. They will never have to make public apologies. The people on TMZ or Insider were saying his career should be over for it. I agree his career should be over, but not for something so long ago. He just sucks.

Justin Bieber has temporarily joined the list of celebrities suffering one-ear deafness. In many cases, people would never realize that their favorite actors and sports personalities are partially deaf. For many celebrities, it is also something that they have come to live with and may have even grown up with.

Bieber lost his hearing when he perforated his eardrum while cliff diving. Hollywood Life reports that it was possibly the force of the water that has caused a small tear in his eardrum, but this can be fixed with surgery. However, for some celebrities, the one-ear deafness is a permanent problem.

Justin Bieber prides himself on being something of a hunk - if his latest Calvin Klein shoot is anything to go by. So Justin Bieber probably won't take too kindly to being mistaken for a girl when he dined out at one of his favourite restaurants this week. The singer had turned up to the State Social House in Los Angeles with four friends only to find his usual perch had been taken by a meeting of gay Republicans. Undeterred, he took a seat in the private area, known as the Attic, anyway as the group discussed gay rights.

After reports claim that Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez met up for a brief lunch date last week, Bieber is trying new things and looks to be attempting new things as he has been seen playing an impromptu acoustic set in LA.

The "Baby" surprised his fans at the State Social House in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday night, Jan. 20 as he played the guitar and sang some of his old music. He also reportedly performed a brand new song at the venue.

According to Hollywood Life, the singer sang "Home to Mama" which is Bieber's duet with Cody Simpson, as well as one of his favorite covers, "I'll Be" by Edwin McCain. The website reports that one song that the fans "are freaking out over" is a new one, which could be a sample of his brand new music. Bieber has recently announced on social media that he's working on a new album and plans to tour this year.

The next day, Bieber was spotted in the company of Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin at the Inside Joke comedy club where he was seen laughing while watching the performances.

"Justin was certainly enjoying himself and the two young women he was with," said a source to Hollywood Life. "I found it interesting that he was giving equal attention to both girls. He was acting as if he was the man because during certain parts of the show, I saw him slouched back in the couch with his arms around both ladies!"

Bieber has been previously linked to both Jenner and Baldwin after his split with Gomez. But TMZ reports that a Bieber insider told them that the singer is not dating either one of them.

"J.B. likes hanging with Hailey and Kendall because they're relatively drama free and positive. They go to church, restaurants, concerts and clubs, but it's not romantic," the publication stated.

The website goes on to report that the trio went to see Bieber's pastor Judah Smith speak on Wednesday night before going to the comedy club.

Justin Bieber and Usher are facing a $10m legal action over claims that the singers illegally copied parts of a song composed by two Virginia songwriters.

The case, originally brought in 2013, was revived on appeal.

Devin Copeland, an R&B singer known as De Rico, and his songwriting partner Mareio Overton claim that three versions of the song Somebody to Love, recorded by Bieber, Usher or both, shared the beat pattern, time signature, and similar chords and lyrics with their song with the same name.

"After listening to the Copeland song and the Bieber and Usher songs as wholes, we conclude that their choruses are similar enough and also significant enough that a reasonable jury could find the songs intrinsically similar," concluded Circuit Judge Pamela Harris.

Justin Bieber credited a Pentecostal pastor with turning his life around as he joined thousands of Christians at a five-day church conference in Sydney, Australia.

The pop star, 21, gave thanks to Hillsong Church's New York City pastor Carl Lentz when he spoke to Ten Network television: "I'm glad to know him. He's changed my life."

Lentz has recruited several American celebrities and sports stars to the church, whose headquarters are in Sydney.

Perhaps Bieber's new found faith will keep him on the straight and narrow after a string of run-ins with the law.

Earlier this month, the Canadian singer pleaded guilty to crashing into a photographer's van while out with ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

But once a child star, always a child star it would seem after the 21-year-old threw a strop during a live broadcast of "What Do Yo Mean?" on the Today Show. Bieber was apparently upset that the cameras were not following him as he moved around the stage at the Rockefeller Plaza.

“The camera's there the whole time, I might as well not even dance,” he moaned. “What do I even do this for if they are just going to ." The camera then cut out to a commercial break.

Bieber recovered his composure shortly after and shared numerous videos from his performance, even managing to thank the Today Show in a tweet.

Justin Bieber has pulled off another UK Chart coup by occupying the number one, two and three spots with his songs - a feat never accomplished before. The Canadian singer remains in pole position in this week's singles chart with Love Yourself and also stays put at two with Sorry. Bieber's former number one track What Do You Mean?, meanwhile, climbs one place to three.

This just demonstrates how meaningless these stats are. As if Bieber could be a fraction as good as The Beatles! It just means a wider section of the public have access and the means to buy music.

They certainly did, but not in today's numbers. Those were great songs that are recognised 60 years later. I don't believe anyone will be talking about Justin Bieber in 60 years except they will look at the chart records and think that Bieber dude must have been a great artist. When, in fact, he's just a very naughty boy! ::)

2000-2003 = young, fun, loud and immature with cool spiky hair

How is he great at anything? He does terrible things like driving under the influence, smoke pot in countries that made it illegal, left his pet monkey in Germany, and said that Anne Frank was a "belieber" (even though she wouldn't really like Bieber simply because she was an early '40s teenager).

Better be for his ground-breaking 2009 album rather than the lacklustre 2015 one. Like how Einstein didn't win the Nobel Prize for his 1905 paper on the photoelectric effect until 1922.

Well yeah, Lennon did say that The Beatles were greater than Jesus, but he wasn't that bad compared to Bieber. At least The Beatles were really memorable at its time, while Bieber should've fallen into obscurity in the near future.

Well yeah, Lennon did say that The Beatles were greater than Jesus, but he wasn't that bad compared to Bieber. At least The Beatles were really memorable at its time, while Bieber should've fallen into obscurity in the near future.
On the words of that quote from John Lennon:

From Wikipedia:

""More popular than Jesus" (or "Bigger than Jesus") was a controversial remark made by the Beatles' John Lennon in 1966. Lennon said that Christianity was in decline and that the Beatles had become more popular than Jesus Christ. The comment drew no controversy when originally published in the United Kingdom, but angry reactions flared up in Christian communities when it was republished in the United States five months later.

Lennon had originally made the remark in March 1966 during an interview with Maureen Cleave for the London Evening Standard, which drew no public reaction. When Datebook, a US teen magazine, quoted Lennon's comments in August, five months later, extensive protests broke out in the Southern United States. Some radio stations stopped playing Beatles songs, their records were publicly burned, press conferences were cancelled, and threats were made. The controversy coincided with the group's US tour in August 1966, and Lennon and Brian Epstein attempted to quell the dispute at a series of press conferences. Some tour events experienced disruption and intimidation, including a picketing by the Ku Klux Klan. The controversy contributed to the Beatles' lack of interest in public live performances, and the US tour was the last they undertook, after which they became a studio-only band."

Justin Bieber has surprised the British choir that beat him to the UK Christmas Number One in a special meeting.

Back in December 2015, the Canadian singer had tweeted his support for the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Choir to reach the famous number one spot, despite competing against the group with his own single.

On 23 February, Bieber finally came to face the face with the London choir and handed them their official award.

Says you. I know you're a big fan of Batman and Robin! You can't hide it from me anymore! I know you own 5 copies of the VHS!

Durst and Davis are masterful composers. Their music soothes the savage beast whereas Perry's music causes this beast to go ballistic and kill the village.

Last December, Justin Bieber has scored his third UK number one single with the song Love Yourself. The track, which was streamed 5.97 million times, knocked his previous chart topper, Sorry, to number two. The last living artists to achieve the feat were The Beatles in 1963 with She Loves You and I Want to Hold Your Hand.

LOL whoops. Yes it was 2005 actually, that was my middle school/early high school obsession. In really early 2004 (I think) I bought the album that had In Too Deep and Fat Lip in it after watching Cheaper By The Dozen. But by 2007/2008 or so I got bored of most early 2000s stuff. (gasp!)  ;D

I think you linked Chixdiggit before, or I might have heard it somewhere else. 1996/1997? This is way before my time! Give me some Barney nursery rhymes or the Hercules soundtrack.  ;D That's some pretty good stuff though, I really like the first one O0

You got bored of the early 00's in 2007/2008? Most people I knew got bored of the early 00's in 2004 or 2005 except for me. I'm still hanging on to the 80's-2003. I can't believe you don't even know the album name! :o All Killer No Filler. :P ;D

I don't think I linked them but I should do that more often. 1996 is the time I started gettin' serious and constantly went to Pop Punk shows to see bands like this. Yeah, the first one rules. As you've noticed, the band has two singers who switch vocals kinda like blink-182! If you like this, you should check out the Gob videos I posted in the other thread, too. Pretty rad, yo!

Yeah, I get ya'. There are bands were I only like an album or a few songs and I would not by any means call myself a fan. Our pal SlowpokeMc2001 might have a problem with that, though. He is a big fan of early Bieber and hates anything post-2011 era (or something).

I remember before that when culture was all about many different things; there was something for everybody. After 2003/2004 it was all about rap this and rap that and not the good kind either (but I'd argue Rap started to die around 1997).

The Canadian singer, who released his latest studio album Purpose in November, racked up the numbers in six years and three months - or 2,316 days. Four billion of those views have come since last September and the 22-year-old has also been at the top spot on Vevo's chart for 19 consecutive weeks.

Justin Bieber says he doesn't want fans to ask him for photos anymore because they make him "feel like a zoo animal". The singer said he is "done taking pictures" in a post on Instagram. It's after the 22-year-old was spotted, barefoot, listening to music and feeding the squirrels in a park before a show in Boston in the US. He caught the attention of fans, but he wouldn't speak to them until they put their phones away. "If you happen to see me out somewhere know that I'm not gonna take a picture," he later said.
