Subject: 2015 Predictions

Written By: Slim95 on 03/06/13 at 1:29 am

What do you predict the year 2015 will be like? Do you think we'll see some significant changes with culture and technology?  Or do you think it will be really similar to now?

It's arbitrary and subjective. Since there's no way to truly know what the future will bring there's no point in guessing.  There will not be flying cars or personal time portal devices so what's the point.

So far there's no problem with the thread but these topics tend to go array here...

I will be in my thirties(if I live to 2015). 8)

I think EDM will still be very popular but hip-hop might start to show more changes.

A new flavor of the month style will be hyped up, in 2011 it was dubstep, in late 2012/2013 it seems to be trap(which is really just whitewashed watered down '00s southern rap to me).

Things are getting more portable not bigger. I can definitely see phones getting slimmer rather than bigger same as tablets as well. People will always favour the more portable gadgets.

Yes, but once you can't identify the stuff on your smartphone screen anymore, this tendency is over.
There is a reason why smartphones are as big as they are now. They could technologically be smaller, but that would harm the comfort.

By the way, most smartphones from today are bigger than the cellphones I had 5-10 years ago.
