The HuffPo reports a story about a man in China who, apparently, has waaaaay too much time on his hands. :o

Maybe he didn't realize it was a stupid thing to until after he done it. That's how it's been with all the stupid things I've done. But thanks to this Chinese guy, I know better than to stick an eel where the sun don't shine!
