Subject: What time period do you wish you were in?

Here they are, Kid(3-9), Preteen(10-13) Teen(13-18) Young Adult(18-26)
For me, Kid(3 to 9), would stay the same where I grew up, 1997-2003, late 90s and Early 2000s was a great childhood, especially 1998 and 1999.
Preteen, Would have loved to been preteen from 1993-1996, when we had movies like 3 ninjas etc.
Teen in mid 80s, Goonies, Karate Kid style or Late 90s early 2000s, Why? because as a kid back then I was jealous of my older neighbors, remember the Backstreet Boy/NSYNC craze? I wanted to be about their age, which was Teen/Young Adult.
Young Adult, Don't know, really don't.

I would also like to go back to Kid 3-9 and wondered what would've happened If I hadn't snipped a chunk of my hair back when I was small? ???

Good point.
I would be a young adult in the late 80s/early 90s as apposed to being a pre-teen like I actually was. But I would have to know the knowledge that I know now ;)

I've got the feeling the 60s and the 70s were nice eras to live in as a teenager, lots of happiness and freedom - same goes for the late 80s/early 90s. :)
*wishes I was born just a couple of years earlier - I turned 10 in 1991*
Edit: notices suddenly I'm saying partly the same as the one before me. ;D

Back when Nickelodeon was still good, Michael Jackson was alive, and my life was easier. ;D

Hmm this is hard. Honestly, sometimes I wish I had been born about 10-25 years earlier just so I could've really experienced the 80's and 90's (my top 2 fave decades!). I would've loved to have been either a kid/pre-teen/teen/young adult in the mid to late 80s (oh, all the concerts I could've gone to!) or a pre-teen/teen in the 90s.

I wish I were born in the early 1950s, so I could have experienced all that great music from the 1960s (Beatles, Stones, The Who, Kinks, Turtles, CCR, etc..) and 1970s and attended concerts, etc..
I would have purchased a house when it was cheap, and be close to retirement today.
Missed it by 10 years.

For me I also enjoyed being a kid in the late 90s/early 2000s, but if I had to pick another era I'd say the 80s as I think the 80s had the coolest toys.
I'd most like to be a teen in the early 90s, being the grunge head that I am. My 2nd choice though would probably be the late 60s, as I love the music of that time and that era (along with the 70s) inspired the 90s which are my favourite decade.
Overall, I feel like I should've been born in the mid to late 70s.

I would like to have been born twenty years earlier (1971 instead of '91). That way, I could be an '80s teen and a '90s young adult. I'm not a fan of '80s fashion, but I could live with it since the music from that period more than made up for it.
