Subject: Delta Rae - Ripoff of Cheryl Crow?

I was watching a video of the group Delta Rae this morning and it looks to me like they're a ripoff of Cheryl Crow.
Same vocal tone, same sort of music. The lead singer even does that twitch-of-the-lip thing that Cheryl does.
Ripoff or original? What say you? ???

Actually, I would NOT party with Cheryl. I'd need to wear two hazmat suits in addition to hers. Too much work.
As to Delta Rae (they have several ladies in the band), if they were in the neighborhood I would not protest if they, uh, crashed my party. :P
