I say this as a non-"cool kid" myself, but....

True that's about all the lyrics but it is a catchy tune. ;D
One thing that surprises me is the lead singer is 17 years old. She looks considerably older, like maybe 23 or 24. :o

Just saw this band do a live performance of "Cool Kids" on some sort of VH-1 special.
Sounded like a cat with its tail caught in a blender. :o
This looks like a band that is great in the studio, but not so great on the road. :-\\

"Cool Kids" is now dropping off the charts. I think maybe that VH1 appearance didn't help things.
