Subject: Natalie Portman to play Jackie Kennedy

Natalie Portman will star as Jackie Kennedy in a film about the first four days after the assassination of her husband, President John F Kennedy.

The movie will be produced by Darren Aronfsky, who steered Portman to Oscar victory in Black Swan four years ago.

The actress is currently in Cannes, where she attended the opening night gala with her husband, choreographer Benjamin Millepied.
