Any movie that has pop-cultural references to the 2010s is very definitive to the decade.

So far easily the definitive animated movie of the 2010s.  It's a family-friendly feature, but one with a lot of progressive winks, whether it be the message of patience, deconstructing the idea of love, or even featuring potentially gay characters by personal implication.

2010s action flicks have been all about the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and this film is easily the peak of that trend so far.

A movie that came out early in the decade, back when Amanda Bynes could still star in a major film, but one which really epitomizes 2010s cultural attitudes and everyday problems.  There's a lot of backlash against close-minded conservatives here, and the mechanics of garnering attention or popularity reflect perfectly the crapshoots of social media.  It stands in stark contrast to Mean Girls from six years earlier, which focused on a social hierarchy defined by glamour, wealth, and naughtiness, no pun intended.

It takes place over a decade in the future, but it's one of the easiest films to relate to this decade, especially if you feel like me, lost in a labyrinth of technology and information.  The uncomfortably apathetic mood of this film directly reflects the emotional desensitization that rapid advances in telecommunications have wrought, to the point where our electronic devices have just as much personal meaning to us as our real-life friends.  We may have a lot, but there's a strange sense of emptiness encroaching upon our daily lives, due to the way technology has distorted our grasp of reality.  It's a fantastic movie, one of my favorite ever, but it definitely illustrates the grim reality of our current era.

I really enjoyed a lot of these movies from this decade so far! Also I'd include a couple of these in as well.

I would've included Twilight but that's more of a late 2000's/early 2010's hybrid movie.

Oh yeah, Despicable Me was definitely one of the most defined movie franchises in the 2010s. Especially with everybody loving the minions on the Internet so much. Hell, even McDonalds promoted the minions with their Minion Mania craze.
