Subject: Fan sues Kanye West and Tidal over album

A man is claiming Kanye West and Tidal tricked people into subscribing to the streaming service by claiming it was the only way to buy the rapper's new album.

The record has since appeared on streaming sites such as Apple Music and Spotify.

Justin Baker-Rhett says the exclusivity promise was a fraudulent ploy to add millions of subscribers to a struggling Tidal.
