Not as good as Chained to the Rhythm but better than Bon Appétit. Personally I didn't like it too much, I wish she made a single out of "Roulette" or "Pendulum" in her album :P

I wasn't a big fan of "Chained to the Rhythm." I do like Roulette though and I think it deserves to be a single.

I voted average. It's okay but I could definitely live without it. I like the beat in Witness. The songs on Witness start out promising but they never oversteps and it's always WAY cooler when a pop artist as huge as Perry oversteps.

Yeah it's a diss song to Taylor Swift. It was a rebuke to Swift's Bad Blood song and they had beef for a while now.
